Local employers are invited to attend this information session focused on youth employment and skills in Sandwell. The event will explore how businesses can support young people into work while also accessing practical support to meet their own recruitment and workforce needs.

Connect with the Employment and Skills team

Delivered in partnership with Sandwell Council, the session provides an opportunity to meet the Employment and Skills team and learn about the support available to employers. Businesses will hear how they can get involved in initiatives that help young people take their first steps into employment, including recruitment support, work experience opportunities and wider skills programmes.

The event will also highlight how working with local partners can benefit businesses by helping them access emerging talent, strengthen their workforce and contribute to positive social value across the borough.
