Sandwell residents and business professionals can now apply for a fully funded Leadership and Management Training Programme delivered by the University of Wolverhampton Business School, in partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).
This five-month course is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses across the healthcare, social care, engineering and manufacturing sectors. It provides the skills, strategies and confidence to lead with impact, drive innovation and create lasting change within your organisation.

- Six interactive in-person workshops (3 hours each)

Each programme runs for five months and is fully funded for eligible participants, with limited places available.
